There are approximately 1.4 million people in the State of Idaho, leaving many tens of thousands of substance abusers looking for effective drug rehab help. Idaho Drug Free Youth (IDFY) is a statewide program developed to help middle and high school students resist tobacco, drug and alcohol use. Joining students sign a pledge promising to be drug free and submit to random drug testing.
